Preferred response

Care Overview

STRUCTURED, NOT PREPACKAGED.

Clinical care begins with a thorough Complete Wellness Evaluation. Through longer, relationship-centered visits, Dr. Zadie considers your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, environment, goals, prior labs, medications, and broader clinical context together. She combines careful listening and conventional medical evaluation with evidence-informed naturopathic medicine, functional diagnostics, nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle medicine, prescribing, and collaborative care planning.

Common care areas

Care may address hormone and thyroid health, metabolic health and weight-loss support, digestive health, fatigue, stress and nervous-system regulation, immune and inflammatory concerns, women’s health, environmental exposures, prevention, and long-term wellness.

Testing, prescribing, and treatment planning

Testing is selected to answer specific clinical questions and guide individualized care, rather than being bundled by default. Depending on the patient’s needs, a care plan may include conventional or functional laboratory testing, prescription medications, customized compounded prescriptions, botanical medicine, nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies, hands-on therapies, referrals, and care coordination.

Appointments and ongoing care

The free 15-minute discovery call is an optional informational conversation for asking general questions and exploring whether Zayana may be a good fit. It is not a medical visit and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Clinical care begins with the 60-to-90-minute Complete Wellness Evaluation. Follow-up visits provide time to review progress, interpret results, refine recommendations, and adjust the care plan as needed.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately. Zayana Healing Collective does not provide emergency medical services through this website, the contact form, email, SMS, online booking links, social media, or the Patient Portal. These communication pathways are not monitored or staffed for emergency response.
